| Vinnolit EXT is a new generation of homopolymeric extender resin. By the use of new suspension polymerisation technique the polymer grains have an outstanding even surface and a narrow particle size distribution. Because of this property the grain absorbs much less plasticizer than a standard extender resin. So Vinnolit EXT reduces the viscosity of plastisols much more than usual extender. Depending on the recipe Vinnolit EXT reduces the paste viscosity up to 30 %. Furthermore Vinnolit EXT reduces dilatancy and also increases the shelf life of the plastisol.&& |
