| Description Compound Polypropylene TB12B/TB24 are designed for use in extruded sheets. Both feature superior heat-resistance and the mechanical properties required for sheet products, and are ideal for extrusion processing and vacuum forming. These products are commonly applied to a variety of vacuum-molded products such as food containers and packaging trays, and to other vacuum products used as industrial materials. Characteristics High rigidity and heat resistance due to inorganic-filler treatment: Superb extrusion and vacuum forming effects due to high melt strength Superior low temperature impact-resistance Perfect combustion at low-calorie heat which contributes to environmental protection Applications Sheet products are classified into vacuum-formed sheets, flat sheets, and danpla, according to production method (machinery and processing conditions), and secondary post-processing. TB24 is effectively used in the following: Vacuum-formed sheets: food containers, packaging trays Flat sheets: industrial materials, product cases, office supplies Danpla: transport cartons, and packing&& |
