Techsil RTV27909 is a kit matched easily pourable, solvent free, clear and colourless two-component silicone gel. After mixing the A and the B part at a mix ratio of 1: 1 the material cures very fast at room temperature by an addition reaction to a tacky silicone gel with excellent vibration dampening properties. Properties: Convenient 1:1 mixing by weight Low viscosity, free of solvents Fast room temperature cure Soft, tacky gel, sticking to many substrates Mechanical shock and vibration damping properties Useful temperature range -50°C to 150°C Applications: Techsil RTV27909 is specially developed for electronic potting applications such as hybrid IC insulation, potting of power modules and sensors when fast cure at room temperature is required.&& |
