EBANTIX® PA-1770

About
EBA ALCUDIA® PA-1770 is a copolymer suitable for general extrusion, injection moulding and compounds where good processability, flexibility and very good mechanical properties are required. The butyl acrylate content is 17%. It contains antioxidant additives. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Extrusion (profiles, sheets) Injection moulding Microcellular foams Compounds and masterbatches Cables Recommended melt temperature 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of PA-1770 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.&&
