EBANTIX® E1770

About
EBA REPSOL EBANTIX ® E1770 is a copolymer suitable for general extrusion, injection moulding and compounds where good processability, flexibility and very good mechanical properties are required. The butyl acrylate content is 17%. It contains antioxidant additives. Applications: Extrusion (profiles, sheets). Injection moulding. Microcellular foams. Compounds and masterbatches. Cables. Recommended melt temperature 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E1770 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
