| Europrene® N OZO 7039 is a blend of acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer and polyvinyl chloride in the ratio 70/30. The fluxing stage is fully achieved during the mechanical mixing thus providing outstanding resistance against ozone and excellent oil and fuel resistance together with good abrasion and fire resistance. Europrene® N OZO 7039 exhibits an excellent processability in internal and open mixers. Thanks to a high ACN content, excellent resistance to oils and fuels could be achieved togetether with ozone and fire resistance. Particularly suitable for extrusion and injection moulding applications, this grade could be vulcanized with sulphur based systems or with peroxides. Hoses and molded automotive articles requiring a very high oil and gasoline resistance and applications demanding high mechanical performances.&& |
