Alathon L5332CP is bimodal molecular weight distribution, fractional melt index HDPE resin that exhibits an exceptional balance of environmental stress crack resistance and stiffness. Typical applications include blow molded containers for packaging household and agricultural chemicals, particularly those that are strong stress crack-inducing reagents. Alathon L5332CP is a high density polyethylene resin typically used by customers for corrugated pipe, conduit and profile extrusion applications. This product meets the stress crack resistance requirement of AASHTO M294. It exhibits excellent processing stability and high crush resistance. L5332CP conforms to ASTM D 3350 cell classification 435500A. Alathon L5332CP exhibits an excellent balance of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance. Typical end uses include thick sheet for architectural applications and for assembly into industrial parts.&&
