Metocene HM560R is a medium melt flow rate resin with a very narrow molecular weight distribution. It is ideally suited for nonwoven applications including spunbond as well as continuous filament yarn and high tenacity fibers. This material is available as an extruded pellet. This product contains no peroxide or peroxide decomposition by-products. It is a low gas fading product. The narrow molecular weight distribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finer fibers, higher tenacity fibers as well as enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity. This is a low smoke, clean running resin with low gas fading characteristics.&& |
