Eltex® HD5211EA-B is a high-density polyethylene copolymer grade with a narrow molecular weight distribution, specially developed for the injection moulding of caps & closures for the packaging of beverages. Thanks to high purity and excellent organoleptic properties, this grade is particularly intended for the packaging in direct contact with beverages. Typical applications Caps & closures for the packaging of still mineral water, aromatized waters and juices Caps & closures for the packaging of medical and pharmaceutical applications Benefits and Features Easy processing Good impact strength Low warpage Slip agent free grade Excellent, quality controlled organoleptic properties. In order to preserve the excellent organoleptic properties, it is important not to exceed a melt temperature of 250°C during processing.&&
