Baytec® SPR-055D

About
Baytec SPR-055D is a two-component, 100%-solids thick film coating spray system with a Shore D hardness of 55*. The isocyanate component is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, and the B component is a polyether polyol amine blend. The system has added UV stabilizers and is used to protect concrete and steel structures in heavy duty industrial environments from corrosion, abrasion and weathering. The system is unpigmented and can be custom colored. Typical applications include wastewater infrastructure, primary and secondary containment, pipes, truckbeds, mining and other industrial surfaces. As with any product, use of the Baytec SPR-055D system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.&&
