(0.56 to 1.02 mm) resist high impact, abrasion, harsh cleansers/chemicals Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet is a proprietary, calendered PVC/Acrylic alloy developed as a protective and attractive interior wallcovering for commercial and institutional buildings such as hospitals, long term care facilities, commercial and government offices, schools, supermarkets, retail stores, airports, clinics, elevators, prisons and other high traffic interiors. It can be adhered to interior walls or pre-laminated to MDF and other substrates to create high perfor- mance composite sheet products. Available in gauges from .022 to .040 in. (0.56 to 1.02 mm) Rigiwall 4333 can also be post-formed, thermoformed, machined using conventional tools, bonded and mechanically fastened, allowing the production of corner guards, crash rails, base moldings, profile moldings, connectors, self- supporting panels and other parts that perfectly match RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet applied as protective wallcovering. More than just decorative, Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet is also extremely durable. Boasting an Izod impact rating of 15 ft lbs/in. (795 J/m), it protects interior walls against repeated impacts from carts, wheelchairs, gurneys, shopping carts, luggage and general abuse, while maintaining a like-new appearance. It is offered in unlimited colors, all of which are monolithic, rendering any gouges or scratches inconspicuous, unlike printed, painted or laminated wallcoverings. And because it is one of the most chemical-resistant thermoplastics in existence, graffiti and grime can be removed repeatedly using harsh cleansers without fading, staining or degradation. Add to this a UL Standard 723 listing and a Class 1-A rating, and Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 delivers everything you need to beautify and protect high traffic interiors.&& |
