| LLI-5026 is a certified prime copolymer designed for High-Flow INJECTION MOLDING of thin-walled, high quality applications. LLI-5026 features easy processability over a wide range of molding conditions, fast cycle times, good rigidity, high gloss surface, low temperature toughness and warpage free moldings. LLI-5026 applications include housewares, margarine tubs, containers, trash cans, toys, lids, closures and caps. Suggested processing temperature is 170 to 210°C, with the mold at 20 to 40°C. LLI-5026 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.&& |
