Description Eco Solution GP3002 is a PLA (polylactide) based Aliphatic Polyester, and is certified as a biodegradable resin and meet ASTM D6400, EN13432. The processibility and toughness are greatly improved and thus can be leaded in blowing machine readily. A new tougher additive specially developed for bio-based and biodegradable packaging. GP3002, which toughens PLA packaging materials while maintaining compliance with food contact requirements in the U.S. Providing toughness with only minimal reduction in package clarity, this grade is said to allow food marketers to take better advantage of environmentally preferred solutions in packages such as clamshells used in fresh produce sections.
