About
ISPLEN® PB 140 G2M is a heterophasic copolymer with medium-low fluidity designed for injection moulding applications where very high impact properties, even at low temperatures, is necessary combined with good procesability. Among other technical advantages, ISPLEN® PB 140 G2M offers: Production of items exposed to heavy loads that needs high toughness. Good flow properties enable to fill complex moulds. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Due to its excellent balance of properties some of the major applications of ISPLEN® PB 140 G2M are consumer goods as industrial handling or packaging containers, housewares and indoor furniture, suitcases and boxes with living hinge (i.e. tool boxes). Also is suitable for technical components: toys, sports equipment, leisure goods, automotive, pallets, crates and pails. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.&&
