MonoSol M8630 is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol’s proprietary solution cast technology. MonoSol M8630 film has been specially formulated to be resistant to alkaline hydrolysis. Coupling its rapid cold water solubility and compatibility to alkaline compounds, MonoDose™ M8630 film is an excellent candidate for Detergent and Disinfectant delivery systems. It has good cold crack resistance and can be easily processed on all conventional converting machines. Standard thicknesses are 38 micron (1.5 mil), 51 micron (2.0 mil) and 76 micron (3.0 mil).&& |
