NANCAR® 1204D is a fluxed blend of 100 parts NBR, 60 parts PVC and 120 parts DEHP. This polymer has sufficient stabilizer for normal aging conditions and can be processed with normal mixing procedures. It has good processability for extrusion, providing smooth surfaces on the resultant product. NANCAR® 1204D is excellent in low hardness application and resistance to abrasion, ozone, oil and fuel. It is suggested to be use in low hardness printing plates and rolls.&& |
