Pearlstick® 45-90/06 is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane, supplied in form of white spherical granules with a small amount of anti-adherent in the formulation. It has a low crystallization rate and a low thermoplasticity level. APPLICATIONS: Pearlstick® 45-90/06 is used for the production of adhesives for different kinds of materials such as leather, textiles, rubber and a variety of plastics (plasticized PVC, PU elastomers, etc.). Pearlstick® 45-90/06 enables the production of adhesives with a very long open-time, which can be used as one- or two-component adhesives. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate to improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints. The addition of Pearlstick® 45-90/06 to other different types of Pearlstick® increases their open-times.&&
