5003G(+) is flame retardant reinforced polypropylene with phosphorus, bromine and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. Through solidifying phase and gas-phase mechanism improve flame retardant performance, and accelerating melting and dripping by catalytic mechanism to play flame retardant performance. The flammability can reach UL94-V2 (1.5mm and 3.0mm), glow-wire test meets GWIT:775/3.0 and GWFI:850/3.0, it has the characteristics of low density of finished products, good mechanical properties, low smoke, less corrosion to the mould etc.&& |
