SABIC® PP   528K Provisional – PP Homopolymer for Thermoforming PP 528K is formulated with an advanced nucleating additive and was specially developed for in-line and off-line thermoforming applications. PP528K encompasses the following features: High stiffness Good clarity Very good dimensional stability Easy processability and faster cycling Typical Applications PP 528K is used for the production of various containers mainly for food and health drink products such as cups, trays and lids.&&SABIC® PP   528K SABIC® PP 528K is a newly developed grade for efficient thermoforming. The grade is basically stabilised and extra formulated with an optimized nucleator package of the next generation. This gives SABIC® PP 528K an performance; namely the nucleator technology provides higher stiffness and good transparency in the thermoformed part. Application: SABIC® PP 528K is typically used to produce disposable products like drinking cups (beer and water) and plates (coloured and/or natural). One can also think of thermoformed parts sensitive to dimensional stability. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.&&
