5003S(+) is low halogen flame retardant PP with phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as main flame retardant elements. It improves flame retardant efficiency by synergistic effect of solidifying phase and gas-phase mechanism,and accelerating melting and dripping by catalytic mechanism to play flame retardant perforamnce. 5003S(+) flammability can reach UL94-V2(1.5mm and 3.0mm), glow-wire test meets GWIT 750°C and GWFI 850°C. 5003S(+) have UL certification, and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS & PFOA, 16P, Halogen-free, PAHs…etc. 5003S(+) has the characteristics of low smoke, low density of finished products, less corrosion to the mould etc.&& |
