Sasol Polymers PVC S7106 is a free flowing white powder produced by a suspension polymerisation process that ensures high purity and consistent quality. It is a high molecular mass, highly porous homopolymer for plasticised applications requiring excellent optical and good mechanical properties. The plasticiser absorption rate and capacity ensures rapid uptake of plasticisers and the ability to incorporate a large amount of plasticiser. After mixing with appropriate additives, Sasol Polymers PVC S7106 can be used for a variety of specialised flexible applications. It is used extensively for medical applications and in cling film for food packaging, where it has acquired “market leader” status. Other applications include cable sheathing and insulation, stretch and shrink-wrap film, protective clothing, luggage, stationery, continuous flooring and hose.&&
