DFDB-5410 BK is a carbon black filled masterbatch developed for use with the SI-LINK™ Polyethylene insulation system. This carbon black masterbatch is especially designed to provide excellent UV protection and to minimize the amount of moisture it absorbs. Advantages DFDB-5410 BK has excellent handling and processing advantages when used in SI-LINK™ Polyethylene insulation system applications: A Low tendency to adsorb moisture. Formulated with a high concentration of carbon black allowing processor to use less. Specifications DFDB-5410 BK, when used in conjunction with the SI-LINK™ Polyethylene moisture curable insulation system, provides carbon black for UV protection. To achieve 2.5% carbon black in the final product, DFDB-5410 BK should be incorporated at a level of 6.3%. Packaging DFDB-5410 BK is available in 25-kg foil bags or 1500-lb foil-lined bulk cartons.&&
