LLC6-500 is a copolymer certified prime resin designed for High-Flow Injection Molding of thin-walled, high quality applications. LLC6-500 features easy processability over a wide range of molding conditions, high gloss surface, good rigidity, fast cycle times, low temperature toughness and warpage free moldings. Suggested processing temperature is 170 to 210°C, with the mold at 20 to 40°C. LLC6-500 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.&& |
