Ni Series – TPV Elastoprene® It is a mixture of polypropylene and dynamically vulcanised EPDM rubber (PP/EPDM), with properties similar to those of other rubber products but with better results than traditional plastic materials. It has good resistance to the effects of ozone, UV rays and diverse chemical products, with an operating temperature of up to 135°C. It comes in pellet form, and it is transformed by means of traditional machinery used for plastic. It is a completely recyclable and reusable material. Recommended for injection and co-injection transformation processes. The excellent properties of this material make it ideal for the demanding requirements of the automotive industry. Its main application is for the manufacture of injected and co-injected products that require an elastic functionality in sealing systems. In the construction industry, it can be used for supports, stops, sealing and expansion joints. It is also used in the manufacture of membranes, tool handles and other types of consumer products&&
