| Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ M1943 is a maleic anhydride modified SEBS. It enables modification of engineering plastics such as polyamide (PA) or polyester (PEs). It can be used as an adhesive to metals and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is also used as a compatibilizer of PS or olefinic resins and polar resins. Applications: Modification of polyamides (PA), other engineering plastics, and olefinic resins for high impact strength, e.g. automotive carpet backings.
