Udel聚砜是一种高韧度、高刚性、高强度的热塑性塑料,具有出色的耐水解性。Udel P-3500 LCD MB系列聚合物特别适用于溶剂型工艺生产多孔中空纤维、平片膜。这些高分子量聚合物被用于各种膜过滤产品,如肾透析、水处理、生物处理、食品和饮料加工、工业气体分离。 Udel聚砜聚合物具有许多膜工业行业所需性能,如优异的机械性能、在2~132PH值条件下稳定、优异的耐腐蚀性和良好的耐中等浓度氯的性能 。是析出水平低、不溶解材料,适用于饮用水和与食品接触的产品。可用蒸汽、环氧乙烷和电子束辐射消毒。 Udel P-3500 LCD MB系列聚合物包含一系列窄分子量分布的牌号,如下图所示。各牌号环状二聚体水平要低于原来的P-3500NT 11牌号 。这在溶液处理,如膜生产工艺中非常重要重要,因为它提高了纺丝原液的溶液稳定性、减少了设备的结垢。 |
