KEY FEATURES Uma PET HQ is transparent film with one side co-extruded layer of specially modified copolymer. HQ film possesses low Haze, high clarity, high gloss along with good frictional, mechanical and thermal properties. The Film can be used for direct contact with food and complies with FDA regulation 21CFR177.1630 sections (f) and (g). APPLICATIONS The modified co-extruded surface has excellent adhesion with water and solvent based inks, adhesives, release coatings, Varnishes, primers and Al-metals in metallization, resulted higher bond strength in final laminates. Laminates with HQ film shows excellent inter layer bond strength retention in high end packaging applications like hot fill, boiling, retorting etc. Boil in Bag, Doy-Pack type of packaging applications for various products.&& |
