VIBRATHANE B895 is an MDI-terminated, polyether based prepolymer. The prepolymer is a liquid at room temperature. VIBRATHANE B895 yields a 90 Shore hardness urethane when cured with 1,4 Butanediol and a 95 Shore A when cured with an 80/20 weight ratio of HQEE/1,4 BD. VIBRATHANE B895, at processing temperature, is low in viscosity and has a working life suitable for both machine and hand-batching procedures. Typical applications for this product include skate wheels.&& |
