Vinnolit® E 67 FF

About
PVC for paste making ® Vinnolit E 67 FF is a fine particle size, low- medium molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a medium emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting medium viscosity at low and high shear rates with essentially Newtonian flow properties with low plasticizer levels (40-60 phr). It has been particularly developed for low plasticizer content compact or chemically foamed formulations. It exhibits generally excellent gelation/fusion rates and gives good thermal/light stability with a wide range of stabilisers. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended. Processing and Application: Vinnolit E 67 FF produces plastisols with low plasticizer content which are ideal for the spread coating of chemically blown foams for cushioned flooring and wallcoverings using the “Congoleum” process, where a very fine closed cell structure with excellent inhibition and contour sharpness may be achieved at both high and low expansion levels. Plastisols can be applied by reverse-roll coaters, rotary screen coaters.&&
